 It’s designed for finance professionals at all levels — from graduates to Mid-level management — who want to demonstrate ability beyond what’s written on a CV.  

 You complete role-specific tasks (e.g., Finance Business Partner, Commercial Analyst) based on real business scenarios. Your submissions are scored and can be shared as a verified digital portfolio.  

 Tasks are based on real job scenarios in commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering, and more. Each comes with embedded data and scoring criteria.  

 Yes. Each task submission receives a score out of 100 with breakdowns across five assessment areas. Detailed feedback is available on selected tasks. 

 Participation in the current months task is free. Older tasks and marking criteria require a one-time purchase or subscription — pricing starts from £4.99 per task.  

 Tasks are reviewed by senior finance professionals with real-world experience. AI-assisted scoring is also being piloted for faster turnaround.  

 You’ll typically receive your score within 72 hours of submission, though we're working to deliver this faster.

 Absolutely. You can include your scores, link to your Proofolio portfolio, or export your results to PDF for recruiters.  

 Yes. Select recruiters have access to ranked talent pools based on task performance, helping them identify and reach out to high-potential candidates who are actively seeking new opportunities.

 Yes. You can retake tasks to improve your score, but only your most recent submission will be shown to recruiters. 

 Proofolio still helps you benchmark your skills, prepare for interviews, and build a verified portfolio you can use anytime.  

 No. Proofolio is open to global finance professionals — the task scenarios are relevant across multiple regions and sectors.  

 Yes. Businesses can use Proofolio to assess candidates, benchmark internal talent, or they can reach out to Proofolio to design onboarding tasks.  

 Both. You can build a multi-task portfolio across roles, sectors, and skill areas — or just complete one to target a specific opportunity. 

 All submissions are stored securely. Only you and approved recruiters (if you opt-in) can view your results.  

 Each task includes guidance, but we encourage original work. However, coaching or worked examples can be purchased separately.  We recommend exploring available appointments where you will receive peer review feedback.
